Each caucus will keep a list of people affiliated with that caucus, and supply it to the Equual Access Board upon request.  The Equual Access Board will review membership of Equual Access and of the affiliate caucuses on a yearly basis. 

Each caucus appoints a representative to two Equual Access committees: The Policy Committee and the Right Relations Committee.

Each caucus is required to give a written report of its activities to the Equual Access Board once per year.
