A group of 5 or more Equual Access members can establish a caucus by notifying the Equual Access president.  When establishing a caucus, the following are specified:

1. Caucus name and purpose.
2. Contact person for the caucus: name and contact information.
3. The names of at least 5 Equual Access members who wish to create and maintain a caucus.

The Equual Access Board has the final discretion in allowing caucuses to form, and will become involved if any questions or issues arise.

The caucus maintains membership lists of those people belonging to the caucus. Each caucus may establish its own membership criteria important to its purpose.  These criteria must be consistent with the Mission, Vision and Values of Equual Access.
